We currently use UPS, FeDex as our primary domestic shipping provider.
FactoryBuy reserves the right to change shipping carriers to give better service and quicker delivery to our customers.
We offer free shipping to destinations within the continental United States for most orders over a $39 total value. (The continental United States excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico.)
Some factories may have their own shipping policies. Please refer to the shipping policy on the "Shipping" tab of the product page.
If you desire an express shipping service, you may choose the desired option from the Shipping Method section on the Checkout Page. Extra charges from the shipping provider may apply for express services.
If you do not want us to ship the products to you for any reason, such as; you prefer to collect the items yourself, you prefer to use your own carrier, or etc, we offer the "Self Pick-up" option, which means no shipping fees will be charged and you will have to contact us to arrange to pick-up the orderred items by yourself. If you choose this option, we will not ship your purchased items (including the items that are subject to free shipment) unless we've been instructed by you. We will store your purchased items in our warehouse for 30 days from the purchase date at no charge. Storage charges will apply to items remaining in our warehouse beyond this 30 day period.
