Unsatisfied with the product:
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a product purchased from FactoryBuy.com, please contact Comet (factory) directly via e-mail at sales@cometshredder.com within 14 days of the date you received your order to receive a Return Merchant Authorization “RMA” number for a full refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for all return shipping costs (normally $30 for both ways). Returned product must be in original condition and packaging, and the item must be returned to us within 30 days from the date on your purchase order.

Defective / received item damaged:

If the product is defective, please contact Comet via e-mail at support@cometshredder.com within 14 days of the date you received your order to receive a Return Merchant Authorization “RMA” number for a free return shipping, repair, refund, or exchange.

2. Pay for S&H (both ways)

4. We will perform warranty work

6. Parts and labor charge may apply depending on cases

If you would like to return an item over 14 days (but within 30 days) order for exchange or refund:

1. Email sales@cometshredder.com for an “RMA” number
2. Pay for both ways Shipping & Handling
3. Ship your order with shipping label provide by SimplyGlobo.com
4. Once your item is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers
5. Exchange or Refund will be processed (15% restocking fee will apply)

NOTE:
No refunds or returns are accepted after 30 days! We honor all limited warranties as stated by each product. Any warranty repairs or replacements will be determined on a case by case basis and will likely incur a service charge to be agreed upon by you.

Your refund credit will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your physical product at our warehouse. Refunds to your credit card may take a full billing cycle (31 days) to appear.

Backorders:
it may take up to 20~30 days depending on the availablity of the product. We will send you emails notifing you the shipping status of your order. If you want to cancel your backorders, please contact our customer service. Backorders may not be cancelled after 3 days.

Shipping Charges:
Free ground shipping to destinations within the continental United States. (The continental United States excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico.)

If you desire an express shipping service, you may choose the desired option from the Shipping Method section on the Checkout Page. Extra charges from the shipping provider may apply for express services.

If you do not want us to ship the products to you for any reason, such as; you prefer to collect the items yourself, you prefer to use your own carrier, or etc, we offer the "Checkout Without Shipping" option, which means no shipping fees will be charged. If you choose this option, we will not ship your purchased items (including the items that are subject to free shipment) unless we've been instructed by you. We will store your purchased items in our warehouse for 30 days from the purchase date at no charge. Storage charges will apply to items remaining in our warehouse beyond this 30 day period.

For return goods, we may charge the return shipping fee.

We currently offer services in North America, which includes the United States and Canada.

Global customers are welcome but please kindly note:
