Return or Exchange
Please Login to My Orders and submit a return request form to Customer Service within 30 days after receiving your order.
If you received the wrong product or a defective product, you may return the product and: 1) exchange it for the correct product, or 2) receive a full refund, including the shipping charges and taxes.
If you are NOT satisfied with your product, you MAY be eligible for a refund or exchange (all shipping charges at the customer’s expense).
Gift Returns:
Please note that the value of the gift, less shipping and handling, will be mailed to the gift recipient in the form of a physical gift card unless otherwise specified. Please allow 8~10 business days from receipt of your return for delivery.
Guidelines:
1. No product returns will be approved after 30 days from the date you receive the product.
2. Returning products without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your refund or exchange.
3. Perceived color differences due to the display setting on your computer monitor are not grounds for a return.
Return Process:
1. If you choose to return your order, you MUST first: a) Either contact Customer Service for approval or login to My Orders in your account and submit a return request form within 30 days after receiving your order, and b) Include an explanation or photographs documenting the reason for the return with clear evidence showing the problem with the products received.
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Factory Buy Customer Service.
2. After Customer Service has approved your request, please return the item together with the completed Product Return Form to us as soon as possible.
3. After the item is received at our facility, your exchange or refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
4. If you are requesting a refund, please allow up to two billing cycles after the date we receive your returned product for the credit to appear on your account.
Items returned in an unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and will be returned to you at your expense.
Exchange Process:

Cancellation
Orders that have NOT shipped can be cancelled at no charge. Thirty party handling fees may apply.
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email entitled "Shipment Notification for order# XXXXXXX with Factorybuy.com".
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Disclaimer for Crystal Cases:
We hand process the crystals to the case using an industrial strength, high quality glue and ensure all crystals are bonded before the products are packaged. Under normal use conditions, the crystals won't detach or loosen. Please handle with care. Rough handling or dropping the case may loosen the crystals or cause them to break off the case. Loose or detached crystals due to improper handling of the product is not considered a "Quality Issue". Spare crystals are available in the original package for easy replacement

Shipping Time:

Backorders:
it may take up to 20~30 days depending on the availablity of the product. We will send you emails notifing you the shipping status of your order. If you want to cancel your backorders, please contact our customer service. Backorders may not be cancelled after 3 days.
Shipping Charges:
Free ground shipping to destinations within the continental United States. (The continental United States excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico.)
If you desire an express shipping service, you may choose the desired option from the Shipping Method section on the Checkout Page. Extra charges from the shipping provider may apply for express services.
If you do not want us to ship the products to you for any reason, such as; you prefer to collect the items yourself, you prefer to use your own carrier, or etc, we offer the "Checkout Without Shipping" option, which means no shipping fees will be charged. If you choose this option, we will not ship your purchased items (including the items that are subject to free shipment) unless we've been instructed by you. We will store your purchased items in our warehouse for 30 days from the purchase date at no charge. Storage charges will apply to items remaining in our warehouse beyond this 30 day period.
For return goods, we may charge the return shipping fee.

We are currently offering services in North America, which includes the United States and Canada.
Global Destinations:
Global customers are welcome but please kindly note:
1. Make sure your phone number is valid, as we might need to call you to verify your order details before we ship.
2. The services and terms published on this site may not apply due to international regulations.
3. Additional customs fees may apply, and, if so, will be additional charges for the Customers.
Canada is consider as an international destination. Extra shipping time and additional fees may apply.
